Btw creating sub-section such as "Ukraine" as you did earlier is not really appropriate, usually the article should pertain to the entity it refers to specifically...kingdom, principality, republic, whatever. The only such precedent is Iceland but as an island it's a specific case. Also the official name of Ukraine is Ukrainian Republic, they just use simplified "Ukraine". Second, combining modern Ukraine which formed and was established as "Ukrainian People's Republic" in 1917 with West Ukrainian People's Republic as the latter was part of it is wrong. Ukraine is political entity not a region...so the latter entity was attempt to create a separate state from Austro-Hungarian Kingdom of Galicia as a separate state but failed and was incorporated into the former. And don't worry about Czechoslovak arms, you should know that sometimes the site doesn't really update visually immediately, sometimes it takes time so uploading numerous version trying to push won't do anything. It usually updates after 10-15 minutes but sometimes it takes much longer but it does visually update....so patience. ;) Finellach (talk) 17:28, 7 May 2020 (CEST)

Dughorm RE: Sorry, did not know the pages have to be strictly region-based. Ukraine does not have any official names specifying the type of government, although historical states did. The Constitution specifies that Ukraine is a republic (Art. 5), but does not use that as the name of the state. West Ukrainian People's Republic was not incorporated into the Ukrainian People's Republic because it failed, but rather was a goal of both governments, ignoring later cessation of the West as a condition of a truce with Poland.
