Livro do Armeiro-Mor is an illuminated manuscript and official roll of Portugal from 1509, compiled by João do Cró, Portugal's King of Arms at the time.<br>It is the oldest and considered the most important Portuguese armorial that survives to this day, being the oldest source for some of the Portuguese coat of arms.<br>The Armorial contains almost 400 coat of arms split in five different chapters.
