Unsure of the coat of arms, the Sackville's seem to have adopted the arms of Vere family through marriage of Jordan de Sackville (died ca.1208), elder brother of Geoffrey/Jeffrey mentioned above, British History Online also gives the Fawley branch the same arms as main branch albeit with a slightly different than standard bend vair -->
