spear update on lower rider

The blazon for the arms of Alan Buxhull is a normal lion, not double tailed. Blazon is: Or, a lion rampant Azure, fretty Argent
-
I've made this arms before I realized that the 2nd and 3rd qtrs. are not actually anchors but rather grappling hooks. The examples of Brignano branch arms can be found here. The grappling hooks are shown with three points and a rope
-
Same as previous, the anchor is actually a grappling hook
New Arms requests
Illeshazy or rather Illésházy - Barons and counts. Their arms shows a blue shield with a black eagle being pierced by an arrow, the stance of the eagle (or hawk?) is somewhat different on some variants regarding the fact is it being pierced or also holding an arrow in its beak. First variant examples: example 1, example 2, example 3., example 4. However I believe this variant is actually just a simple variant of how the arms is really supposed to look which is shown in far more prevalent variant which shows the eagle having a bit of a different stance: example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4, example 5, example 6, example 7, example 8, example 9, etc, etc.
Cavalcabo - Lords of Cremona, Marquises of Viadana. Branch of the famed Obertenghi family, later known as Welf or Welf-Este. The arms is a knight riding a bull. example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4, etc.
Tudor Fynchan - Also called Theodor or Theodore. Senior line descended from eldest son of Ednyfed Fychan from his 1st marriage. Their arms was a modification of Ednyfed Fynchan arms and is blazoned as "gules, a chevron between three men's heads in profile argent". The arms is basically that of Ednyfed but the heads are in profile (similar to Degenberg and Heidenberg) as opposed to affrontee and completely white, the chevron is also plain without the ermine spots. In general arms is similar to this arms but with normal heads instead of moor heads.
Griffith Penrhyn - same line as above but from younger descendant in later generations. Arms is blazoned as: "gules, a chevron ermine, three old men's heads couped at the neck in profile proper". Difference between the previous arms and these are that the chevron is ermine and that the heads are proper, but described as "old heads" means the hair and beard is white. example
Williams Vaynol - Lords and Baronets of Vaynol. The blazon is: "gules, a chevron ermine between three Saracens heads couped proper". Again same arms as previous but the heads are now colored "proper"...i.e. proper skin color, proper hair (brown) color example here...note that the file is named after Penrhyn but it is wrong, this is the arms of Vaynol branch.
Williams Penrhyn - Line from younger scions of Williams line as previous. They were Lords of Cochwillan and later Baronets of Penrhyn. Arms is: "Gules, a chevron ermine between three Saracen heads affrontee couped at shoulders proper". The arms is very similar to Ednyfed original arms however the heads have an extension, all in all the way it should be shown is similar to Vaughan arms where you can see the shoulders.
Visconti Borromei - Line of Visconti issued from younger brother of Matteo I. Lords of Albizzate. Lords and Counts of Brebbia and so on...other branches of this family were Counts of Fontaneto, Carbonara, etc. Arms is quartered: 1&4 Visconti, 2&4 Gules a horse bit Argent. example 1 - this version has a heart shield with castle. example 2 - this is a variant from 19th century with a chief of Bavaria I believe. The "horse bit" is also found on the current arms of Divignano seen here and is in fact taken from the great arms of Borromeo family as can be seen in the lower right corner of their arms.
Visconti d'Aragona - Another line of Visconti. Marquises of Invorio. Counts of Sesto Calende and Cigognola, Lords and Barons of Ornavasso, etc. The arms setup is basically the same as this Bandini arms. 1&4 is Visconti, 2&3 is Aragon, on chieft imperial eagle crowned as on Odescalchi arms. Over all is a heart shield split in half, upper half is "Or, eagle displayed Sable, crowned Or" and the lower half is: Azure, a column (such as on Colonna f.e.) between two keys Argent. example 1 - this example mistakenly shows the Aragon qtrs. with only three pallets instead of proper four.
Horatio Nelson, 1st Viscount Nelson - vice admiral of the Royal navy made both a Viscount Nelson and Baron nelson. Coat of arms found here [1] [2]

Dear J Spuller, Thank you for uploading my requests (various Graeff coat of arms). --Holland (talk) 22:18, 22 May 2021 (CEST)
You’re welcome Holland! Thank you for your contributions to the site! (talk) 00:27, 29 May 2021 (CEST)
Hello, JSpuller. I have been a fan of your heraldry art for a few years now. I created this account because I wanted to ask about the new Parrot. It looks quite hawkish. What made you decide to change it? --Xitax (talk) 16:25, 28 May 2021 (CEST)
Hello Xitax! That’s a good question actually. I don’t agree that the parrot/popinjay looks hawkish, but I see where you are coming from (as it do differ a bit from the earlier version). I remade it as I wasn’t pleased with the look or posture. (talk) 00:50, 29 May 2021 (CEST)
Good evening dear JSpuller, can I kindly ask you to add the missing papal coat of arms? The sources can be find in the "Papal armorial" Wikipedia page. Thank you for your time. Filli99 (talk) 19:07, 13 August 2021 (CET)
Banned from uploading files?
Erm...did you just ban me from uploading files? Finellach (talk) 23:23, 25 August 2021 (CEST)
Nope, all uploading is 'banned' at the moment. One of the cornerstones of WappenWiki is that every file on the site should be fully editable/scalable, this is not the case at the moment. I don't have a solution for this and to stop further outlined/corrupted files I decided to disable the upload for now.
Well "banning" uploads is not a solution, the only solution is to go by each and every file and we fix them one by one, if it takes a complete "rebuild" of the file in question so be it...maybe even better as we can finally standardize some of them. You can even post me links or give me a heads up if some file of mine is not working for you and I'll see what I can do to make it work. Some of these files and elements within them are relicts of some 3-4 years going back, some even more...the cause - never were updated and use the old codes that no longer function properly, especially in newer versions of illustrator. In all these newer files when edited even in inkscape according to plain SVG guidelines and transferred back and forth between inkscape and AI they show absolutely zero issues...I know because I tried...the problems are there only with older files. For example John Nevill file doesn't wanna load in inkscape, however when put through SVG cleaner it loads and saves exactly as it should and works properly...some though do not, for example the shells on quartered bends on Spencer arms (and others) do not show proper stroke in illustrator...I should also mention that both Nevill and Spencer arms are actually originally made and contain elements from arms made by NSamson who used to post some 3 years ago and many of his files were indeed corrupted slightly. Also I find a much bigger problem that we no longer follow other standards as well...for example: recently you updated the two tailed lions (queue fourche en saltire)...there are literally 163 files currently on the site with that lion waiting to be updated. Over two months ago almost you updated the three lions (England specifically) on quarters...to this day there are 73 files awaiting update. You also updated bends (thickness) on quarters, there are currently 95 files with old (thinner) style bends including some (like Champagne-Blois quarters) in dire need to update. With the files I uploaded and updated (fretty, crosses, etc.) that makes it over 300 files that were not updated...there are more which are various randoms. So again, if you wish to fix this problem then we can fix it only together not you by yourself issuing specific guidelines which cannot be followed as I (nor is anyone else) am not you and you're not me. Unless ofc you no longer want me (or anyone else) to upload their own files which I would understand as well...tho after almost 10 years on the site and all that effort I put in here would be very sad to leave like that...but hey... Finellach (talk) 03:32, 27 August 2021 (CEST)
Mate you said "all uploading is 'banned' at the moment"...how do you explain this? Dude just be honest with me and tell me that you only disabled my account from uploading new files...I think after almost 10 years on this website and countless hours and free time that I spent on researching, uploading and working on literally every page of this website I at least deserve to be told off in a direct manner...seriously... Finellach (talk) 13:10, 27 August 2021 (CEST)
It is still 'banned', that file and the others are simply reverted files. Try it yourself... seriously... JSpuller (talk) 10:29, 08 September 2021 (CEST)
Can you please define outlined/corrupted files. I still don't understand what is the problem you're having? If the issue is you cannot open some files I'd understand that...that is also easily fixable. If you mean the files which contain elements which seem like they cannot be edited properly (i.e. changing stroke or size properly) then that is easily fixable too...load the file in illustrator->ungroup everything in the element->right click->transform->reset bounding box. Etc, etc. Again, I still don't understand what do you have a problem with... Finellach (talk) 00:22, 10 September 2021 (CEST)
These are the 'issues'
OUTLINED FILES
Stroke is exported to elements, meaning that the possibility to resize an element within the shield is now limited.
- Odescalchi_Fino_Mornesco.svg for example is such a file.
In my previous version (uploaded 2021-08-13T08:46:55) all strokes are editable, your updated version is outlined (also in Inkscape) and all elements are grouped together.
I edited and saved my previous version in Inkscape, then opened it in Illustrator where the strokes still are fully editable. So I don't understand how you manage to export all the strokes to elements.
CORRUPTED FILES
Causes Illustrator to crash whenever opened.
- Leiningen-Westerburg-Neuleiningen.svg for example is such a file
It can be opened in Inkscape, however, every save option still causes Illustrator to crash. Can be opened in Sketch but then outlined and all elements grouped together.
JSpuller (talk) 10:29, 10 September 2021 (CEST)
For the first, this is a problem between Inkscape and Illustrator....I told you about this ages ago. The older versions of Inkscape didn't edit the file properly so if I took a file edited/created in Illustrator and edited it in Inkscape it would add a certain element (text file) improperly which wouldn't be a problem but there is also a problem here on Wappenwiki which doesn't allow it to be uploaded...so one minor issue between inkscape and illustrator became a big issue due to a bug with Wikimedia client (for which BTW there is a patch for quite some time now)...so I had to find a workaround...copy pasting entire file within an older version at which point it would remove this problematic piece of coding...this is probably the cause of the stroke issue. New version of Inkscape I believe finally fixed this.
As for the crashing thing...the easiest fix for now would be to pull that specific file through "SVG cleaner", a small app that cleans the file of all "surplus" text junk within file which is mostly the cause for crashing. Finellach (talk) 16:22, 11 September 2021 (CEST)
It still doesn't answer the question, if the new version of Inkscape has fixed the problem, why are your files still 'outlined'?
Well, a SVG cleaner doesn't solve a thing as the file is still outlined. To explain my problem in short, outlined and corrupted files are messing up the entire thing and will not be accepted from now on. I will remake the heraldic element page with proper templates.
