+<!-- The actual original name of this medieval state was ''Kingdom of Rashka'' i.e. Rascia (elevated from the [Grand] Principality of Rashka-Rascia in 1217). Although in some sources (primarily Latin and Greek, this state is sometimes referred to as "Serbia". In other words the two terms were synonymous, with Rashka-Rascia taking primate. With the adoption of the title of Caesar/Tsar by Dusan, the Serbian name takes precedence. The actual name of the Tsardom (anachronistically referred to as "Empire") is taken from the title assumed by Dusan ''Caesar [Tsar] of Serbs and Greeks'' which he took in the power vacuum that was the internal struggle (civil war) taking place in the Byzantine Empire -->
