House Targaryen

A historical character in George R. R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series.
Eldest son of King Viserys I Targaryen, borne by his second wife and consort, Queen Alicent Hightower.
His succession was disputed by his stepsister, Rhaenyra, in the Targaryen civil war known as the "Dance of the Dragons" (129 to 131 AC).
