I could not find the 100% confirmation of the arms of  this branch, Wikipedia and some other sites (no other sources unfortunately) attribute this branch a wrong coa i.e. that of the Finnish-Swedish branch that was also active in Russia...no doubt completely wrong. However....the arms of the Counts (Ramsay) de Balmen would by all means be &quot;Argent, an eagle displayed Sable armed and membered Gules within a bordure nebuly of the last&quot; which is the arms recorded in France 1780 (per BP) which corresponds with around the same time this branch went to Russia via Constantinople, earlier arms recorded ca.1680 would be same as Dalhousie with a thistle Or on the eagles breast .  --&amp;gt;&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/td&gt;&lt;/tr&gt;
