	This french armorial, attributed to the Vermandois herald, was compiled around 1290-94 and is known only by later transcriptions in blazon. The present reconstruction will follow the legend and numbering from version A of the armorial (ms fr.2249) also known as the ''Traité du comportement des armes''. The document is a compilation work, started in the late 14th c. and finished around 1460, assembling several rolls from different dates and vastly different sizes.
