1172- Wouter VII Berthout is commander of the armies of Brabant (hence the quarter).
1173- Wouter VI Berthout, his father, avowee of Mechelen.
1174- Henri de Marbais, sr Marbais (Marbeek) & castellan of Bruxelles
1175- Arnold IV van Wesemaele, sr Wezemaal & Westerlo, is also marshal of Brabant. He also died at Courtrai in 1302.
1176- Prob his son Arnold V
1177- Van Ijse. (thought to be cadets of the previous)
1178- Hendrik V van Bautershem, sr Bautersheim & Perck.+1302 Courtrai
1179- Arnold VI van Diest. sr Diest & castellan of Anvers.+1296. marr. the daughter of the castellan of Tournai (cf relatives in 1242 & 1255)
1180- Adam van Attenhoven (fr: d'Ottoncourt) who wears those arms in the Bigot (n°121). The label is four points, same as Bigot 121.
